A Silent Auction of 30 handmade Adirondack Chairs sponsored by the businesses, organizations, and individuals of the Village of Sewickley. Each chair is hand-painted by a local Pittsburgh or Sewickley artist! Stop by Explore Sewickley to pick up your map and be on your way.

Joyce’s painting entitled Four Women, was chosen to be part of a national exhibit called “In-Visible” at Point Park University, 201 Wood Street Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The Juror who selected the work for this exhibit is John Carson, Head of the School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University.
The exhibit opens with a public reception on Friday, March 18, 2016 6-8pm and runs thru May 8, 2016. You can also visit the show during university hours, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Joyce’s painting, Walking Bridge to the Flats (Southside) was awarded the Tillie S. Speyer Memorial Award as part of The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh’s 104th Juried Annual Exhibition. The award was given by exhibit juror, art history professor and Director of the Butler Institute of American Art, Dr. Louis A. Zona.
This painting was also sold at the Preview Patron Gala at the new Hotel Monaco last month and is now is part of the private collection of Ed and Kathy Friedman, collectors. Exhibit continues through July 19 at the Butler’s Trumbull Branch in Warren, Ohio. Exhibit is free and open to the public.

Joyce has been asked to jury the Beaver Valley Arts Exhibit that opens March 29 at Merrick Art Gallery in New Brighton, PA. Joyce will also be exhibiting one painting with the group.
The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh invited Joyce, as a member, to exhibit her work from January – July 2015 in the Pittsburgh International Airport. Work can be seen in the showcase on the landside in departures as your enter the airport.
T. Botero Galleries continue to showcase Joyce’s artwork. The Highpoint Spring Market also features Liang Richardson, Brent Baker, Steve Litvak, Bob Calcagno, and Shinekia Thomas.
