Joyce’s painting entitled 1968 was selected to be included in the Three Rivers Arts Festival Juried Exhibition. Out of a pool of 600 entries submitted, only 54 works were chosen to be featured. Joyce is one of the only 50 artists accepted into this highly anticipated event at the festival. The Arts Festival is running from June 2 – June 11.
Joyce’s painting 1968 is on view everyday during the festival in the Trust Arts Education Center on Liberty Avenue downtown from noon – 8pm.

Two paintings, The Bridal Party – 1960 and Lovers were chosen to participate in the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art’s Biennial 2016 in the Sullivan Gallery of SAMA, located in Loretto, PA.
Works on view: October 28, 2016 – January 28, 2017. Reception: November 9, 2016.
Joyce’s painting Ballerinas in Class IV was juried into an online exhibition with The National Association of Women Artists called A Sight for Sore Eyes 2016.
Exhibition runs through January 1, 2017.

A group exhibit of Pittsburgh artists at FrameHouse and Jask Gallery, located at 100 43rd Street in Lawrenceville, will include Joyce’s work. Each piece in the exhibit features the human form.

Joyce’s painting entitled Four Women, was chosen to be part of a national exhibit called “In-Visible” at Point Park University, 201 Wood Street Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The Juror who selected the work for this exhibit is John Carson, Head of the School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University.
The exhibit opens with a public reception on Friday, March 18, 2016 6-8pm and runs thru May 8, 2016. You can also visit the show during university hours, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
